Language Interview Test Experience

 Hai guys, Today i want to tell you about my experience interview in english, so on thursday the 13th of August 2020. So the interviews were one on one and the one who tested the interview was Mr.Ach.Who got the first order will directly interview, because his interview test via zoom. So that goes to the second sequence and so on, will be waiting in the room that Mr. Ach already divided in. At that time I got a room with Firghi, an while waiting their turn I trying to memorize the answers Mr. Ach might ask later. When i was memorizing Firghi sudedenly was not in the room It turned out that it was my turn, because Mr. Ach randomized the nam of the sequence so i didn't know if i was second. I will explain what Mr. Ach asked and what i answered. 

1. What position would you like to apply for? 

My answer: I'm applying for the of english translator.

2. Introduce your self

My answer: My name is Dian Astri Miryadi, I life in Bekasi and i graduated from gadjah mada university with a bachelors degree in english literature.Work experience i work at Maxim in Vihanaya as translate documents such as formal and informal letters.

3. What are you skills and strenghs?

My answer: My skill, I can translate verry well in translating novels or documents such as letters. And my strenghs, I can take responsibility and i can work as a team.

4. Pas Experiences

My answer: My previous experience working at Maxim and Vihanaya made me develop better than before and i learned a lot from that place. 

5. Team 

My answer: I'm good working as a team, i'm excited if i work with a team because if i can't do a job, they can help me. 

6. Conflict

My answer: If my team doesn't take responsibility at work, I can guide them and i will support them.

Like that my answer in the interview test by Mr.Ach. 

I will also share my difficulties when answering questions. First, because i don't speak english so i don't understand what Mr.Ach is asking, Because when at the first question i didn't understand what he was saying so he said it again. For the second i forgot when i introduced my self i forgot to include my work experience so i was a little stuttered. And the last, when Mr. Ach asked about the team, I answerd him then he answered that he asked me to explain why i felt i was good at working with a teamand i'm confused about what to answer, then he tried ask again until i answered him,finally i answered with stammering and he helped me.
